Critical Quest steps into its Fourteenth Year.
The last Thirteen years have been marked by its growth in quality production, physical spread, client participation and sheer confidence. The booklets which now number sixty have become popular across the country not only with the students and faculty of the universities but also the English-reading general public. Many Vernacular speaking readers are persistent that these should be made available in the vernaculars. We are helpless in this regard. So an earnest appeal to anyone who may have the wherewithal to undertake this task in any of the vernaculars is most welcome to undertake this noble task.
Several institutions have prescribed these booklets in their course-readings and quite a few of the booklets have been translated into the vernaculars.
Display of Critical Quest booklets have also become a familiar and integral part of many a seminar and conference particularly in the metropolitan cities of the country.
All these have been possible only through the cooperation, support and good will of a number of Individuals and institutions. While the technical aspects of production and management of Critical Quest have been the responsibility of two persons, the impact it has made on the young readers within such a short time-span is certainly due to its Extended Family across the country and abroad. It is impossible to remember or recount all the members of the family here, for many of them are silent and behind-the-scene supporters.
